About the Job:
Pord Auro Parle Agro Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Quality Assurance Auditor with at least 18 years of experience in the beverage and food industry. This role requires expertise in auditing, training, and ensuring compliance with food safety management systems.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of experience in the Beverage & Food industry.
Completed Lead Auditor training in various Food Safety Management Systems.
8+ years of auditing and training experience in the food industry, specifically in Beverage/Breweries/Packaged Drinking Water sectors.
Strong knowledge of Food Safety Standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC.
Graduation in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Science, Dairy Technology, Food Microbiology, or Food Biochemistry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
Strong knowledge of Food Safety laws and expertise in implementing HACCP/ISO 22000/FSSC 22000.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct value-added audits and training across Beverage Manufacturing Units, Packaged Drinking Water units, raw material suppliers, packaging materials suppliers, CFA, and distribution centers.
Ensure compliance with PAPL QA systems and FSSAI standards.
Conduct audits for plants, franchises, vendors, and distribution centers across India.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely audit reports.
Measure the effectiveness of training and audits, ensuring corrective actions are effectively closed.
Support QA and plant teams in process improvements and adherence to standards.
Design and implement food safety, quality, and management system training programs for plants and franchises across India.
Maintain and adhere to audit schedules while generating error-free reports.
