About the Job
aAero Parle Agro Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced General Manager – Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 years of experience in the beverage and food industry, with substantial knowledge and expertise in food safety standards.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 18 years in Beverage & Food Industry
Training: Lead Auditor training in Food Safety Management Systems
Auditing & Training: Minimum of 8 years of auditing and training in the food industry
Work Experience: Beverage/Breweries/Packaged Drinking Water, Certification Bodies, or Consulting Bodies
Education: Graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Science, Dairy Technology, Food Microbiology, or Food Biochemistry
Knowledge: Expertise in HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, etc.
Skills: Exceptional presentation, writing, and communication skills; Regulatory awareness; Team player; Customer focused; Understanding of Food Safety Laws and Standards
Responsibilities
Conduct value-added audits and training for beverage manufacturing units, packaged drinking water units, and raw material suppliers across India
Ensure compliance with PAPL QA systems and FSSAI standards
Audit plants, franchises, CFA, and vendors across India
Generate and submit timely, accurate reports
Provide effective closure of corrective actions in collaboration with QA and plant teams
Assist in the formation of auditing standards and checklists
Plan and conduct training programs for plants and franchises across India
Measure the effectiveness of training and audits and present findings
Key Competencies
Auditing and Training expertise in ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000
Ability to design training templates on food safety, quality, and management systems
Strong analytical and report presentation skills
Effective coordination and compliance management
