Qualifications:
- M.B.A
- Minimum 15 years of experience in SMP/WMP/Dairy
Experience:
- Experience in whitener sales is a must
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the sales of dairy commodities, including SMP and WMP products
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet targets
- Ensure timely and effective product delivery, handling any issues that arise
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
