Role Description:

This is a full-time Assistant Manager Training position, with flexibility for remote work as well. You will oversee and implement the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program for the sales force, ensuring alignment with objectives. You will enhance OJT programs, collaborate on training plans, and create training materials. Responsibilities include conducting orientation and OJT sessions, providing follow-up support, and conducting cross-training and refresher courses. You will maintain training records, support organizational objectives during non-training periods, and attend monthly meetings and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions. Adherence to safety and environmental regulations, notification of irregularities, and upholding SOP hygiene standards are essential.

Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years).
Experience from the Food Industry will be an extra advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, particularly in OJT (On-the-Job Training) programs.
Strong understanding of training program design and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
