Role Purpose
The FSQ Executive will work in rotational shifts and partner closely with the Platform team to uphold and enhance quality, food safety, and regulatory standards. This role ensures end-to-end compliance, continuous improvement, and capability building across the Nashik plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop FSQ technician teams across shifts.
- Provide expertise in regulatory compliance, sanitation, packaging, risk assessment, and FSRA.
- Support quality systems, HMM, reformulations, and new product trials/start-ups.
- Identify and implement product/process quality improvements.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage non-conforming product issues.
- Drive quality engineering principles—data analysis, sampling, and specification adherence.
- Train shop-floor teams on food safety, regulatory norms, applied statistics, and quality systems.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC/GFSI, FSMA, and sanitation guidelines.
- Lead RCA and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee FG release, sensory evaluation, batch traceability, allergen controls, and online verifications.
- Collaborate on daily reports, non-compliance communication, and platform updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts with weekend/extended hour flexibility.
- Strong understanding of product quality, sensory science, and food safety systems.
- Proficiency in CI tools, statistics, engineering principles, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
