General Mills India is looking for an experienced FSQ Executive to join our high-performing team at the Nashik Plant.
As part of the Global Emerging Markets (GEMS) business unit, you’ll help deliver best-in-class quality and food safety leadership across a diverse portfolio of products – from cake mixes to frozen flatbreads exported globally.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading FSQ activities across all manufacturing shifts
- Ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC, FSMA, and other regulatory standards
- Collaborating on continuous improvement projects using problem-solving tools
- Supporting new product trials, sensory evaluation, and production scale-up
- Driving training, audits, root cause analysis, and risk assessments
- Providing day-to-day leadership to FSQ technicians and supplier quality teams
What You Bring:
- A degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Food Safety and Quality
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, sanitation, and quality systems
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and support weekend operations when required
- Strong analytical mindset, leadership skills, and cross-functional collaboration
