FSQ Executive at General Mills India – Nashik, Maharashtra
General Mills India is seeking a passionate and skilled FSQ Executive for its manufacturing unit in Nashik. This role will be key to ensuring product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance across shifts. As part of our diverse team, you’ll support the Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) platform, lead the FSQ technician team, and drive continuous improvement in product and process quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead FSQ operations, including regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and defect handling.
Support quality system leaders, reformulations, and product trials.
Conduct risk assessments, handle non-conforming products, and analyze data to recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Provide leadership in quality improvement initiatives and training for shop floor teams.
Oversee FSQ programs such as allergen management and food safety protocols.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering (Chemical), or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to work in shifts with flexibility.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations, continuous improvement, and problem-solving tools.
