Department: Physical Lab – Chemical Section
Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Who We’re Looking For:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
- 2–4 years of experience in a Food Testing Laboratory
- Experience in a NABL accredited laboratory preferred
Required Knowledge:
- (NABL) standards & documentation
- (FSSAI) food testing regulations
- compliance
Food Testing Laboratory (Chemical Section)
Key Responsibilities:
- Nutritional analysis (Moisture, Ash, Protein, Fat, Fiber)
- Adulteration testing using chemical methods
- Wet chemistry analysis
- Titration
- Documentation & audit support
- Handling instruments like UV-Vis, Kjeldahl, Soxhlet, and Muffle Furnace
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of wet chemistry
- Good documentation practices
- High accuracy & attention to detail
- Team-oriented approach
