Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve tea blends and wellness formulations
Conduct R&D trials, testing, and product experimentation
Ensure product quality, consistency, and safety standards
Support scale-up from lab to commercial production
Maintain documentation related to formulations, trials, and quality
Collaborate with production and quality teams for process improvement
Stay updated with industry trends, ingredients, and innovations
