Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Food Technologist to join our team in Gondal. In this role, you will be responsible for R&D, sensory evaluation, quality control, process implementation, and ensuring all products meet stringent safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA protocols and SOPs.
- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, BRC, GMP, and FSSAI regulations.
- Handle daily documentation required for BRC certification.
- Conduct internal quality audits.
- Oversee production quality to ensure A-grade output.
- Document all phases of R&D and present findings to management.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, legal, and quality regulations.
- Scale up production processes from trials to full-scale manufacturing.
- Participate actively in R&D to develop innovative food products.
- Analyze food content, quality, and stability for consumer acceptance and shelf-life.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks to support flawless quality production.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and documentation is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the food processing industry.
- Practical knowledge of the frying process preferred.
- Experience with dehydrated onions/garlic is an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in dehydration or fried onion production will be given preference.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
