Open Position: Food Technologist
Requirements:
- B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology
- 3–7 years of relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience in product development and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and compliance
- Ability to support R&D and production in formulation, trials, and process optimization
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and reformulate food products based on market needs and client requirements
- Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory evaluation of food products
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory standards
- Execute pilot trials and support scale-up for commercial production
- Maintain detailed documentation related to product development and quality processes
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for ingredient selection and process feasibility
- Monitor stability studies and shelf-life testing
- Troubleshoot issues in formulation, texture, taste, or processing
- Continuously research new ingredients, technologies, and industry trends
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and product quality
