MomsMade is looking for a Food Technologist (R&D, QC & Lab Lead) to join our fast-growing D2C + QuickCommerce brand in Bengaluru.
Food Technologist – R&D, Quality Control & Lab Lead
What you’ll do:
Set up our Quality Lab from scratch
Ensure 100% consistency in hero products like Thekua
Create SOPs & manage oil quality (TPC, frying cycles)
Lead NPD for traditional snacks (Namkeen, Mathri, etc.)
Improve shelf life & packaging without harmful preservatives
Who should apply:
B.Tech / M.Tech – Food Technology
2–5 years experience in fried snacks / namkeen / Indian sweets
Hands-on with QC labs & instruments
Comfortable on the production floor, not just the lab
Food Technologist – R&D, Quality Control & Lab Lead
