Key Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation & development of new food products based on market trends & client needs
- Optimize existing recipes for taste, shelf life, and cost
- Collaborate with production, QA, marketing & procurement for product launches
- Conduct sensory evaluation, pilot tests & stability studies
- Manage technical documentation & ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations
- Stay updated on ingredient innovations and consumer trends
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science, Technology, Nutrition, or related field
Experience:
6–12 months in food product development or formulation (bars, chips, processed foods, etc.)
