1. Food Technologist
Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology / Food Safety
Experience:
2–3 years in Food Processing / Spices Industry / FMCG
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO standards
Conduct quality checks at various processing stages
Monitor shop-floor hygiene, GMP, and safety practices
Implement SOPs and quality systems
Maintain quality documentation and records
Coordinate with production to ensure consistent quality output
2. Raw Material Handling / NPD Executive (Agriculture)
Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture
Experience:
1–3 years in Agriculture / Raw Material Handling / NPD / Spices Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Support new product development and trials
Evaluate and analyze agricultural raw materials
Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality teams
Assist in pilot batches and product scale-up
Maintain NPD and raw material documentation
Provide inputs for process and quality improvement
