Location: Malappuram (Preferred: Malappuram & Calicut districts)
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our team in Quality Control (QC) and Research & Development (R&D). This opportunity is open to male candidates with 0–2 years of experience in the food industry – freshers are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities
• Support QC processes and uphold product standards
• Conduct lab tests, sensory evaluations & shelf-life studies
• Assist in R&D for recipes, formulations, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP standards
• Collaborate with production & management teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology or related field
• 0–2 years’ experience in QC and/or R&D
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations preferred
• Passionate, innovative & detail-oriented
