Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in food product development, QC, or food safety
  • Strong understanding of FMCG processes and clean-label practices
  • Enthusiasm for creating safe and innovative consumer products

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve food products with a focus on taste, texture, shelf life, and nutrition
  • Conduct routine quality checks, sensory evaluations, and lab testing
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and clean-label standards
  • Coordinate with production and sourcing teams for raw material and packaging innovation
  • Maintain and update documentation for food safety audits and certifications
  • Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for consistency and quality
  • Research industry trends to support innovation in the munchies and wellness space
