What you’ll do:
- Develop and optimize recipes, dressings, and toppings
- Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Conduct sensory evaluations, audits, and process improvements
- Collaborate with chefs, nutritionists, and operations teams
- Support accurate labelling and nutritional profiling
Who we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in food tech, QSR, or R&D
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, ISO, and food safety laws
- Passion for fresh produce, cold-chain logistics & healthy eating
