- Conducting sensory evaluations
- Utilizing advanced food technology skills
- Performing various laboratory tasks
- Ensuring stringent quality control measures
- Contributing to research and development (R&D) activities
Responsibilities:
- Develop new food products and improve existing ones
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards
- Perform routine quality checks on raw materials and finished products
- Analyze and interpret data to drive product improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements
- Document and report findings from experiments and evaluations
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in sensory evaluation, food technology, and laboratory skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality control
- Experience in research and development (R&D) processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
