Vedi Jain International is expanding its team! We’re looking for a Food Technologist with strong expertise in organic food products and a passion for quality, safety, and innovation.
Role Highlights:
• Develop and improve organic food products as per NPOP, NOP, USDA, EU Organic standards
• Lead New Product Development (NPD) and recipe formulation
• Ensure FSSAI compliance, QA/QC systems, and food safety protocols
• Manage documentation, certifications, audits, and traceability
• Conduct shelf-life studies and support continuous process improvement
Requirements:
• Degree in Food Technology / Food Science
• Strong knowledge of organic standards (NPOP, USDA, EU, JAS)
• Experience with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP
• Background in Manufacturing, R&D, or Quality Assurance
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and compliance skills
