Position: Food Technologist – Organic Products
Location: IMT Manesar, Haryana
Department: R&D / Quality Assurance
Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance organic food products (pulses, spices, flour, rice, etc.) in compliance with NPOP, USDA Organic, and EU Organic standards.
Conduct nutritional profiling, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations.
Ensure organic certification compliance in sourcing, processing, and packaging.
Collaborate with farmers, suppliers, and QA teams for quality audits.
Analyze consumer trends and support new product development in organic categories.
Preferred Background:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
2–5 years’ experience in organic food industry (R&D, QA, QC, or Production).
Experience in organic certification, export documentation, and audits.
Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP preferred.
