WHAT WE NEED:
Degree in Food Technology or related field
Passion for food innovation & leadership
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and improve production processes to ensure optimal quality of Marayoor Jaggery
Research and develop new product innovations and formulations
Manage food safety and compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with the production team to optimize operations and efficiency
Ensure sustainability practices are incorporated into production methods
Provide leadership and training to junior team members
