Are you an experienced professional with a background in M.tech/ B.tech Food Technology and a passion for Sales & Marketing? We’re seeking dynamic individuals with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad.
Job Role:
1) Customer Relationship Management: Manage sales activities aimed at understanding and fulfilling customer needs and requirements.
2) Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment of sales strategies with marketing approaches, leveraging business drivers and capabilities to deliver value-added solutions.
3) Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge and provide valuable insights.
4) Sales Objectives: Translate sales budgets into actionable sales objectives, with a focus on customer-centricity.
5) Customer Experience: Take direct responsibility for ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
6) Business Development: Drive sales by identifying and developing potential customers through concept selling and creating project pipelines for our ingredients.
7) Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to create distinctive value propositions for customers.
Additional Responsibilities:
8) Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
9) Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as necessary.
10) Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
11) Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
12) Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
