Food Technologist Job in UAE | Production department

Looking for a suitable candidate who is currently available

Post : Junior/ mid level Production Assistant

Experience:
food & beverage machine operator: 1-3 years

Qualification:
Graduate or Diploma Holder with Basic Food Safety
Knowledge.

Location : UAE

Independent setup and operation of the machines (Flow
Wrap Packing + Blending) in the production process, as
well as monitoring of the entire process

Troubleshooting on the production machines
Documentation of material consumption and
malfunctions

Regular quality controls of the produced goods and
intervene in the event of deviations

Compliance with the applicable regulations regarding
occupational safety and hygiene

Assist in Raw material coordination and stock
management

Monitoring of CCPs (= critical control points) and their
result documentation according to specifications

Reporting of deviations of the CCPs to the limit values to
the supervisor and/ or QM/QA
