Production Manager

Oversee day- to-day operations of the production department.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments to optimize production processes.

Production Supervisor

Supervise production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Train and mentor production team members.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain inventory levels and order raw materials as required.
Enforce safety regulations and quality control procedures.

Quality Control Officer

Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.
Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure product integrity.
Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
Document and report quality metrics to management.
Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality.

Retort Operator

Operate and maintain retort equipment according to standard procedures.

Monitor temperature and pressure levels during processing.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Keep accurate records of production activities.

Refrigeration Technician

Install, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
Monitor temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated storage areas.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize system performance.
