Position: Retail Store Manager
Location: Thane and Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Experience in retail and sales is compulsory in the fruits and vegetables industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store
- Manage and train staff to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensure store is fully stocked and operational
- Manage inventory and ensure product quality
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
