Freshleaf Teas is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Food Technologist to join our team. If you’re passionate about food science, product development, and quality control, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
New Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop new food products that meet market demands and consumer preferences.
Recipe Formulation: Develop and optimize recipes while considering ingredient functionality, sensory attributes, shelf-life stability, and cost-effectiveness.
Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with food safety regulations.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements in food manufacturing, from raw material sourcing to final packaging.
Food Safety: Implement and oversee food safety protocols, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), to minimize contamination risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
