Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate Food Technologist to join our team. The role involves overseeing and planning production to meet demand, ensuring high standards in hygiene, safety, and efficiency on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a weekly and daily production plan according to the demand schedule.
Coordinate with the sourcing team to requisition required ingredients.
Maintain checklists related to floor hygiene, maintenance, and machinery upkeep.
Ensure adequate staff ing on the production floor by coordinating with the production admin in-charge.
Record production input, output, waste, and work-in-progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Ensure strict adherence to production processes as outlined by the R&D team.
Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP (Good Hygiene Practices) on the production floor.
Schedule and conduct training sessions for staff to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement best practices in inventory management, including FIFO and inventory aging.
