About the Role
Sugar.fit is looking for a passionate Food Technologist to join our fast-growing FMCG team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of product development, food safety, and quality assurance—bringing innovative and healthy food solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new food product prototypes and improve existing ones
- Design product specifications, cost analysis, and production processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality, labeling, and distribution
- Conduct market and technology research to enhance brand offerings
- Support new product launches based on consumer insights
Qualifications
- Master’s/PhD in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Prior experience with FMCG brands like Unilever, ITC, PepsiCo, etc. is a plus
