About the Job:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Food Technologist to join our team. This role requires someone with a strong background in food safety regulations, product formulation, quality assurance systems, and food processing technologies. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in the field and be ready to take on various responsibilities related to food safety, testing documentation, and product protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document discussions and testing processes.
- Maintain FSSAI and HACCP documentation.
- Develop SOPs and production protocols.
- Create factory manuals and joblets.
- Design criteria for lab setup and vendor management.
- Develop protocols for the lab, including equipment calibration and consumables.
- Maintain RM vendor listings and FSSAI/BRC checklists.
- Create process flow diagrams for food production.
