We are looking for a passionate Food Technologist to join our team at Just Chill Water and Fun Park. If you have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience and expertise in Food Safety Regulations, HACCP, Sensory Evaluation Techniques, Quality Assurance Systems, and Food Processing Technologies, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Document discussions, testing, and FSSAI/HACCP requirements for building.
- Develop SOPs, production protocols, factory manuals, and formats.
- Create and maintain lab design criteria and vendor library for equipment calibration.
- Develop and manage checklists (FSSAI, BRC) and process flow diagrams.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical, project, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Skilled in negotiation, sales, and marketing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible, multi-tasking, and able to handle various roles.
Qualifications:
- B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Food Technology.
