About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and smooth production processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food production processes to ensure quality and safety
- Conduct testing of raw materials and finished products
- Maintain hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP)
- Support new product development and recipe standardization
- Manage documentation, batch records, and quality reports
- Troubleshoot production issues and work towards improving process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality policies
