Licious is on the lookout for a Food Tech Intern to join our passionate team in Bengaluru, Karnataka!
Founded in 2015 by foodies and friends Abhay Hanjura & Vivek Gupta, Licious is India’s leading D2C food-tech brand, serving fresh meat and seafood to 32+ lakh customers across 20 cities.
Food Tech Intern|Licious
What you’ll work on:
- Creating and improving recipes with the Culinary Team
- Supporting large-scale product and process design
- Conducting physicochemical, microbial & sensory analysis
- Managing recipes and ensuring FSSAI compliance
- Coordinating with vendors for ingredients, machinery & lab services
- Working on shelf-life studies, reports, presentations & trials
- Exposure to new technologies, tools, and industry practices
- Travel to Licious/OEM locations and vendor sites (~20%)
Who can apply:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science / Food Processing Technology
- Basic knowledge of FSSAI regulations & sensory evaluation
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Google Sheets
- Curiosity to learn and passion for food innovation
Internship Duration: 4–6 months
