Position: R&D Trainee
Location: Nashik

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop food applications for enzymes and probiotics
  • Create, optimize, and standardize recipes and product characteristics
  • Support raw material and process development
  • Ensure FSSAI compliance across processes and products
  • Conduct analysis of raw materials and finished goods
  • Perform sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies
  • Assist in scale-up trials at bakery or relevant customer sites
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Coordinate with Production
    and QA teams for sampling and analysis

Qualification

  • B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology or Food Science
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
