Food Safety Manager (Compliance Officer)
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage FSSAI, GMP, and audit documentation
Conduct hygiene & safety inspections
Enforce SOPs and sanitation protocols
Coordinate with QA & production teams
Keep up with evolving food safety regulations
Assist with licensing, audits, and training staff
Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Food Tech, Microbiology, Pharmacy
• Knowledge of FSSAI norms, GMP, HACCP
• Strong documentation & communication skills
