Join our team at Belhem. We’re looking for qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
Food Safety Auditor-Lab Executive
- Food Safety Auditor – Bangalore
- CTC up to 4 LPA + Travel Allowances
- Must be willing to visit restaurants and conduct food safety audits.
- Prior QA experience in restaurants or central kitchen is mandatory.
- Conduct regular food safety audits at restaurants and central kitchens.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and FSSAI standards.
- Identify and recommend improvements in food safety protocols.
- Train staff on food safety practices and standards.
- Document audit findings and prepare reports.
- Lab Executive – Hyderabad (Central Kitchen Lab)
- CTC up to 5 LPA
- Prior experience in food safety, microbiology, or QA is preferred.
- Perform microbiological testing on food products.
- Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all lab tests and inspections.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify and address quality issues.
- Ensure lab equipment is calibrated and maintained.
