Rebel Foods is looking for a Food Safety Auditor to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring food safety and compliance with standard operating procedures across various kitchen outlets. You’ll conduct audits, verify documentation, and support risk mitigation strategies to uphold our high standards.
About PER (Process Evaluation Report)
The Audit team at Rebel Foods plays a crucial role in maintaining governance and control in organizational processes and SOPs, ensuring that operations are efficient and compliant. This team also provides guidance on risk aversion based on audit findings, with the goal of fostering a safe and controlled environment across all our processes.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct unannounced inspections of kitchen outlets and ODCs (Outdoor Catering).
Perform audits that include document verification, adherence to company SOPs, and detailed, systematic observations.
Serve as the point of contact for assigned products, responsible for designing audit checklists, reviewing reports, and submitting comprehensive reports to the organization.
Skills and Experience
A full-time course or relevant experience in food quality assurance, food safety, or food safety audits.
Proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
