Qualification: M.Sc. in Nutraceuticals / Food Processing & Preservation or any relevant degree
Experience: Freshers welcome
Location: Thane (must be willing to travel 75% of the time)

Food Safety Audit Intern-Apsara Icecreams LLP
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting internal food safety and hygiene audits across production units
- Help ensure compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory guidelines
- Support in documentation, report preparation, and corrective action follow-ups
- Work closely with QA and production teams to monitor safety protocols
- Participate in training sessions and awareness programs on food safety
