About the Role:
As a Food Quality Executive, you will:
- Conduct unannounced inspections of kitchen outlets and ODCs.
- Perform audits including document verification and SOP checks.
- Take ownership of assigned products, design audit checklists, and submit detailed reports.
Skills & Experience:
- Full-time course or experience in Food Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or food safety audits.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
