We are offering an exciting 3–4 month internship opportunity at our food manufacturing unit.

Idli fresh batter, podi masala, snacks & ready-to-eat foods
Location:
Chakan, Pune
Duration:
3–4 Months
Eligibility:
BSc / MSc – Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology
Food Quality Assurance & Quality Control Intern
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in QA/QC activities during production
• Support implementation of GMP, GHP, and Food Safety standards
• Perform raw material and finished product analysis
• Monitor production processes and record observations
• Maintain quality documentation and records
• Assist in FSSAI compliance activities and internal audits
• Report deviations and support corrective actions
• Coordinate with production and quality teams
What You Will Learn:
• Practical exposure to QA/QC operations
• Industry-level GMP, GHP & Food Safety practices
• Hands-on experience in food analysis and testing
• Process monitoring & documentation
• Understanding of FSSAI compliance and audit procedures
