Position: Food Quality Assurance Executive
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Company: Rebel Foods
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure food safety & hygiene standards across kitchens
- Train kitchen teams on SOPs, quality & food safety
- Prepare kitchens for FSSAI & internal audits
- Check raw material quality through sensory evaluation
- Handle customer complaints using RCA & CAPA
- Analyze regional quality performance data
- Travel across city locations for kitchen audits
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Quality Assurance
- Background in Food Industry
- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations
- Skilled in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Kannada language proficiency required
- Excellent communication skills
Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science
