Trang Labs LLP is looking for a dedicated Food Production & Quality Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our contract manufacturing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
Production Oversight: Supervise day-to-day production activities at multiple contract manufacturing units
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards across the manufacturing process
Testing: Conduct quality testing of raw materials (RM) and finished goods
Coordination: Act as a link between manufacturing partners and the internal team
Field Work: Travel frequently to various manufacturing locations as required
Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology or a related field
Technical Skills: Basic mathematics skills for accurate production and quality reporting
Candidate Profile
Male candidates preferred (due to extensive site visits and travel requirements)
Willingness to travel extensively
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply
