With a strong legacy in producing Toffies, Chews, Deposited Candies, Hard Boiled Candies, and Lollipops, Dhiman Foods is ISO 22000:2018 certified and USFDA approved, ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end production operations
- Supervise production teams and ensure adherence to schedules
- Maintain food safety, quality, and operational protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure smooth workflows
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Expertise in production planning and production management
- Knowledge of food safety standards (ISO 22000 & USFDA)
- Experience in food & beverage manufacturing
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science (preferred)
