Job Title: Food Production Executive
Purpose:
The Food Production Executive will assist the food production manager in meeting production targets and suggest ways to improve production efficiency.
Key Accountabilities:
Production Planning & Manpower Management: Supervise the workforce to achieve daily production goals and assist with manpower and production planning.
Records & Documentation: Maintain and manage accurate records for all production activities.
Resource Management: Responsible for RM/PM consumption accountability.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide production personnel to achieve desired production outcomes.
Demonstrate technical expertise in all phases of the manufacturing process.
Exhibit strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in the production process.
Provide excellent customer service and understand budgetary principles.
Experience with Process Safety Management and Mechanical Integrity.
Ensure proper scheduling of manpower based on production orders.
Foster team-building through strong human relations skills.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Manage day-to-day operational requirements efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
UG/PG degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience in the FMCG manufacturing industry.
