We’re Hiring: Food Process Technologist (Fried Snacks)
MomsMade is one of India’s fastest-growing D2C food brands, bringing authentic Bihar snacks to households nationwide. Backed by leading VCs and scaling rapidly across Shopify, Amazon & Blinkit, we’re on a mission to build the online Haldiram’s of India.
What you’ll work on:
• Standardizing frying processes for consistent crispiness
• Improving shelf life without compromising taste
• Solving texture issues like hardness or softness over time
• Creating SOPs for raw materials, frying, cooling & packing
• Packaging & moisture control (jars, oxygen absorbers, nitrogen, etc.)
• Supporting scale-up without quality loss
Who we’re looking for:
• Background in Food Technology / Food Science
• Experience with fried snacks, namkeen, or traditional foods
• Strong understanding of food behavior
• Hands-on and factory-ready
