Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize formulations (powders, tablets, capsules, liquids, sachets, granules)
• Conduct ingredient research, excipient compatibility, and stability studies
• Lead scale-up from lab to commercial production
• Ensure compliance with , GMP, and pharma guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA/QC, Production, Engineering)
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of experience in Food Processing / R&D / NPD
• Background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, or related fields
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
