We’re Hiring: Food & Beverage Specialist (New Product Development) | Gurugram
is looking for a Research & Development Associate (1–4 years experience) to join our growing team in Gurugram, Haryana.

What You’ll Do:
Develop & optimize nutraceutical and pharmaceutical formulations (powders, tablets, capsules, liquids, sachets, granules)
Work on excipient compatibility, taste masking, solubility & stability optimization
Evaluate APIs, bioactives & functional ingredients for efficacy and safety
Lead scale-up & technology transfer from lab to commercial production
Maintain R&D documentation & ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP & pharma guidelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, QA/QC, Engineering & Compliance teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–4 years of full-time experience in Food Processing / R&D / NPD
- Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Food Technology, or Pharmacology
- Strong research methodology skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Google Sheets)
- High learnability, adaptability & ownership mindset
