We’re seeking a skilled and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in POS systems, food safety, cost control, inventory, banquet and restaurant operations, and team leadership.
Requirements:
- 3-year Hotel Management Degree/Diploma
- Proven experience in renowned star hotels
- Strong ability to forecast, plan, and manage staff, orders, and financials
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B operations within budget and top standards
- Design menus, purchase goods, and implement quality improvements
- Lead, recruit, train, and appraise F&B team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Set and track KPIs, guest satisfaction, and sales performance
