About the Job
Hilton is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the food and beverage service areas. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards, manage the budget, and implement marketing strategies for food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing menus and implementing food and beverage marketing strategies
Creating and managing new menus, including special promotions for holidays and events
Handling guest inquiries and coordinating special requests in food and beverage outlets
Overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure all standards are being met
Conducting taste tests for food and beverage products to maintain quality and consistency
Collaborating with outlet managers and coordinating services from other departments, such as maintaining linen stock
Utilizing computer systems to analyze forecasts, costs, and revenue reports for profit maximization
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
A four-year college degree (preferred)
At least 5 years of experience managing food and beverage operations (preferred)
