Job Summary
As the Food & Beverage Cost Controller at DBakers, you will play a crucial role in managing costs across our operations. You will be responsible for:
Monitoring and managing inventory
Analyzing cost variances
Implementing cost-saving strategies
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards
You will also be involved in training and development, guiding staff on best practices for cost control and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Management: Oversee food and beverage costs, ensuring they align with budget targets.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and usage to avoid wastage and optimize inventory levels.
Cost Analysis: Track cost variances and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Training: Conduct train ing sessions for staff on cost control and inventory management to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in food production or hospitality.
