Position: Flavourist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative flavors for food and beverage products based on market trends and brand goals.
- Conduct R&D to identify new ingredients and technologies to enhance flavor profiles.
- Collaborate with NPD, Production, and QA teams to align on product concepts.
- Create flavor prototypes and conduct sensory evaluations for taste and aroma.
- Maintain a flavor formulation library and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to research projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of flavor chemistry and sensory evaluation.
- Creative mindset with a focus on consumer preferences.
- Understanding of food safety and quality control
